Kathryn E. Watson was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated in December 2009 from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Public Relations while minoring in Business Administration and History. She received her law degree in May of 2013 from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. After being admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October 2013, she served as Assistant Executive Counsel to Governor Bobby Jindal where she assisted in providing legal counsel to the Governor on a variety of issues and gained valuable insight into administrative law. Her experience in the Governor’s Office provided her with a greater understanding of how legislation impacts people and businesses and exposed her to the difficulties of working with government entities. Kathryn is blessed to be a part of Bryson Law Firm where she can combine her professional experience and passion for helping others to make a difference in client’s lives. She loves traveling, baking, discovering new hobbies, and spending time with her four-legged friends, Gracie and Lola.
