CARY BRIAN BRYSON, ATTORNEY
Cary Brian Bryson is co-founder of Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C. He grew up in Baker, Louisiana. He graduated from L.S.U. at Baton Rouge in 1988, and then from L.S.U. Law School in 1991.
He has practiced in numerous legal areas throughout Louisiana. He served as a law clerk to the Supreme Court of Louisiana in New Orleans. He has 19 years of experience, and has tried many types of cases from Shreveport to New Orleans to Baton Rouge to Lafayette, and everywhere in-between.

Angela Smith Bryson is co-founder of Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C. She grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana. She graduated from L.S.U. at Baton Rouge in 1988, then from L.S.U. Law School in 1991.
She served as a law clerk for the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal and for the Supreme Court of Louisiana. She has 19 years of experience, and has worked in the oil and gas, commercial litigation and personal injury areas.

BRANDI DAVISON LABRUZZO, ATTORNEY
Brandi obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. While at Loyola, Brandi served as a member of Loyola's Law Review. As an undergraduate, she attended Louisiana State University, where she obtained a BS in Finance with a minor in accounting.
Prior to joining Bryson Law Firm, Brandi practiced primarily in commercial business transactions and planning. She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts.
JENNIFER ERIN SIBILLE, ATTORNEY
Jennifer Erin Sibille was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She graduated with a B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2005 and then completed her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law at the LSU Law Center in 2008.
Prior to joining Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C., she worked in the oil and gas industry, dealing with many different legal issues including property, estates and successions, drilling rights, and contract law. She is also a licensed notary public.

SAMANTHA MCVAY HOOF, ATTORNEY
Samantha McVay Hoof grew up near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from LSU in Baton Rouge in 2001 with a B.S. in Accounting. She then completed her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law at the LSU Law Center in 2004 and went on to earn a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Law School in 2005.
Prior to joining Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C., she practiced law in the areas of taxation, estate planning, successions, and business formations. She also has experience with the IRS as a revenue agent performing employment tax audits. Her practice now includes helping individuals and businesses solve their IRS and Louisiana state tax problems; the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents; and successions/probate.
MICHELLE ROME KALLAM, ATTORNEY
Michelle Rome Kallam was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated summa cum laude from L.S.U. in 1989, and then Order of the Coif from L.S.U. Law School in 1992. While at L.S.U., Michelle served as a member of L.S.U.’s Law Review. She served as a Law Clerk in Federal Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and for State Court in Louisiana’s Third Circuit.

LaWanda St. Ann was born and raised in South Louisiana. She graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting & Business Administration from Southern University in 2000.
Prior to joining Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C., LaWanda worked for a manufacturing company in Illinois as an Accounting Manager. She has experience in preparing financial statements, bookkeeping, and many aspects of accounting. LaWanda is trained in Quickbooks, has more than 15 years experience in tax preparation & is registered with the IRS to prepare tax returns. She looks forward to acquiring her CPA certification in the near future.

ASHLEE BLAIR, FINANCIAL ANALYST
Ashlee Blair was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University in 2007. Prior to joining Bryson Law Firm, L.L.C., she worked for a financial services firm as a portfolio accountant, managing and maintaining portfolio transactions. Ashlee has experience in preparing individual financial statements, has assisted in tax return preparation and has conducted numerous internal audits. Ashlee holds a Series 7 license through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and aspires to obtain the CPA certification in the near future.

LEXIE DAIGLE MURRELL, FINANCIAL ANALYST
Lexie Daigle Murrell was born in Clarksville, Tennessee, but was raised in South Louisiana for most of her life. She graduated with a B.S.B.A in Accounting from The University of Louisiana in 2011. She joined Bryson Law Firm right after graduating. She looks forward to acquiring her CPA certification in the near future.
