Heidi Haynes was born and raised in western Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with a degree in Political Science in 1998. Heidi went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School in 2001. She has specialized in federal and state tax controversies for nearly 20 years and has enjoyed working with both individuals and businesses to resolve complex tax matters. Heidi is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Virginia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. She loves spending time with her daughter, walking, and volunteering in her community.
